Method of operation
1. Remove the cover and foam protective cover. Discard the plug-in. Fill the inside of the air lock 1/2 times with water.
2. Put back the lid, insert the end of the fermentation gas lock into the glass bottle cap, bucket cap, water bottle cap, etc. Ensure that the seal is secure.
3. Sugar released during fermentation. The water in the airlock will form bubbles and escape.
4 air locks can prevent oxygen from entering the fermentation tank. Oxygen destroys the fermentation process.
5. At regular intervals, remove the air lock to release the fermented material, check the progress and release the pressure (depending on your project, this step may not be needed).
